Situated in the Enmore House State Heritage Conservation area, this house involves alterations and additions to a historic Terrace House to better accommodate the needs of the family.

The house involves alterations to the ground floor to improve liveability for the residents by opening up the floor to the courtyard and backyard. An extended industrial kitchen-dining area takes advantage of lush garden views with extensive glazing. A new bathroom and laundry were also accommodated.

Our Lab is responsible for both the architectural and construction documentation of this property, working closely with the client to a deliver a space which thoroughly reflects their passionate vision.
