Located with stunning panoramic views of Oatley Bay, this house was designed to meet the needs of a young family and prioritise large entertainment and living spaces with a deep connection to the outdoors. Alterations and additions were made to an existing three storey brick building to create more open spaces that could take better advantage of the stunning water views.

A large open plan living, kitchen, and dining room receive generous morning sunlight on the first floor whilst the ground floor rumpus and bar are open to the landscape through full-height glass sliding doors. Outdoor balconies and decks on each level allow this family to enjoy the breezes coming off the bay.
